For the past 9 years I've helped homeowners throughout Omaha transform their homes with quality remodeling and attention to detail. When you call Dad Construction, you're working directly with me — not a salesperson or a large corporate office.
I'm the one who walks your house, writes your estimate, and supervises construction while the work is being performed. If something isn't right, you tell me and I fix it. There's nobody to pass it along to.
I treat every project like it's my own home. That's not a slogan — it just turns out to be the only way I know how to do this work.

Open joists, a bare slab and a furnace room. We framed and insulated the whole footprint, ran the electrical for recessed lighting throughout, and finished it as one long open room with a bedroom and storage behind new doors.

Has done a couple jobs for me. The 1st was jackhammering 40 feet through basement concrete to install drain tile to get melted snow that would make my finished family room a swimming pool. The second was to rebuild my deck. So much of the wood & posts were rotted & the deck was tilting down. He secured it all with more posts & beams. He used what was still good from the original deck but replaced what was rotted. He will be back in the spring to stain it. I highly recommend Dave & this company.
