Every room, one contractor, one schedule
Comprehensive renovations that update the layout, systems, and finishes of an entire house — managed as a single project instead of a dozen disconnected ones.
Older Omaha homes have great bones and terrible floor plans. Walls in the wrong places, a kitchen closed off from everything, bedrooms that never got updated past the original build. A whole-home remodel is the chance to fix all of it at once instead of living through five separate projects over ten years.
Doing it in one pass is also cheaper per square foot. Demo happens once. The electrician wires the whole house on one trip. Flooring runs continuously through every room instead of dying at four different transition strips.
These projects need a contractor who plans past next week. We build the sequence up front, order long-lead materials before they can stall the job, and keep you updated on what is happening and what is next.
Finishes, flooring, trim profiles, and paint are chosen together so the house reads as one home rather than a series of remodels.
Removing a load-bearing wall means engineered beams and permits, not guesswork. We coordinate the engineering and the inspections.
Older homes hide things. We build a contingency into the conversation up front and bring you every discovery with options and pricing before we proceed.

It depends on scope. If we are pulling floors, kitchen, and baths at the same time, most families stay elsewhere for part of the job. We can also phase the work so you keep a functioning kitchen and bath throughout — it takes longer but it keeps you home.

Most remodels touch more than one of these. Bundling them into one project is almost always cheaper than doing them a year apart.
